Yoga is
any path that take us on a journey in discovery of ourselves enquiring as to ‘who we really are'. Awareness is the key. Everything we do can become yoga if it is done with awareness. The practice of Hatha Yoga (physical postures) helps to reveal what we are about and enables us to know ourselves and grow with meaning and clarity.
By becoming the witness to our thought patterns and habitual motions we can identify and ultimately rid the obstacles preventing us from reaching our full potential in life. |
