Welcome to our Products page! All items listed below are in stock with the exception of the yoga swing. The yoga swing usually takes a week to arrive at the most. Prices are kept to a minimum on all products and therefore require payment in cash. I have posted this site mainly for students attending class. The items can be delivered to or collected from class. Pilates Therabands - $15
Made in Europe and of the finest quality. They last for years and come with a 12mth guarantee. They are suitable for all body types because of the length/tension ratio. The Length of each strap being 1.5cm long, cut from the roll as you order so if you need more just ask.
Great for those with tight hamstrings and wanting to improve lower back problems in the most simplest way. These are by far the best thera bands available locally.

65cm the requirement for my ball classes. The confusion over ball sizing comes from the assumption that the ball will act as a seat only. In my class we do very little sitting and when we do, it’s a challenging exercise that requires one to balance with their feet off the floor. These balls are anti burst and of good quality.

Fantastic for ball class or any mat classes. Enhances grip and especially good for those who ‘travel’ a lot or simply sweat easily. No real need to pack a mat when you can pack grip sox and grip gloves.

Essential Oils
Young living produces high quality oils that you can consume. Add lemon to plain ice cream to give that citrus flavour of sorbet; or in hot water as a lemon tea - great as a first cuppa in the morning; a couple of drops in home made Humus works well; and peppermint for those days of feeling off or tired; great in hot water as peppermint tea and better tasting than the traditional supermarket teas. Yoga swing - $180
Is a new fantastic way of doing yoga. You feel absolutely weightless which is the best part of all. The picture shows the exact type of swing you will receive, however colours do vary. Talk to me about colours. I will be teaching classes in the new year (max 7 students.) You can easily get started at home as the swing comes with its own dvd.
