Weight Loss:

The most important rule to remember is that losing weight is all about energy balance. Food equates to energy and is therefore measured in units of energy called kilojoules (or calories). We take kilojoules into the body via food and burn them off through exercise. Weight loss is simply a mathematic equation, if we take in more kilojoules than we burn we will put on weight and if we burn off more than we take in, we will lose weight. So the key is to watch what you eat and include some form of aerobic exercise three times a week if you are serious about losing weight.
