What I share here is simply from my own experience and does not come from any study or theoretical base. It is my attempt to guide and broaden your journey of health and integrity in the most simplest, pragmatic way I know how.

A health body reveals a healthy mind, with the converse equally as true. Simultaneously they happen together, one influencing the other. Just remember it initially takes will power to change to a healthy life style particularly when it comes to food. But if you enjoy the changes you will be able to sustain them. Through the body the subconscience mind influences our cravings. This is true for food and exercise. Eventually the body will crave for the asana and the food that supports it.

The recipes have been personally collected and tried by myself over the years, travelling and meeting different walks of life often united by food. These are my favourite recipes and naturally part of my regular diet.
