Body Ball Class
Is a fantastic way to strengthen and tone any ‘body’. Using the Pilates method the bodyball class will
heighten your awareness and create a whole new meaning to ‘balance’. Exercising with an unstable object will challenge your ability to defy gravity and maintain stability - regardless of fitness level. Progression on the ball is surprisingly rapid. It is a popular class, challenging yet not beyond anyone’s capabilities.

Posture is guaranteed to improve and you will feel taller after your first class. This class is more Pilates based than Yoga. If you are looking to really strengthen and tone in a fun, unpredictable way this is the class I recommend.
